Lost & Found By Toshya is a platform that connects people who have found lost items with people who have lost items. The Service is provided free of charge to all users.

3. User Responsibilities

Lost & Found By Toshya provides a dispute resolution system for contested claims. Our admin team will review disputes, but the final decision on item ownership remains with the finder. Lost & Found By Toshya is not responsible for any disputes between users.

Any damages resulting from use of the Service
Interactions between users outside the platform
